Newly released data from the FBI shows that hate crime murders in 2018 reached an all-time high. Following a sharp increase in anti-Semitic attacks directed at the Orthodox community, ADL announced a doubling of funding for its flagship education program, No Place for Hate, in schools throughout the borough. And officials at George Washington University are investigating after an anti-Semitic video posted on Snapchat was circulated amongst the student body.

1) FBI: Hate Crime Murders Hit Record in 2018

“Hate crime murders in the U.S. reached a 27-year high in 2018, according to data released Tuesday by the FBI. 2) As Anti-Semitism Spikes in Brooklyn, ADL to Double Education Programming in Schools

“During the last school year, 22 schools and some 8,200 students in Brooklyn received the curriculum, which was launched in 1999 and has since been used in 1,600 public and private schools nationwide.
