Balcarce 50, CP 1064

Dear Madam President:
On the twentieth anniversary of the July 18, 1994 terrorist bombing of the AMIA-DAIA building in Buenos Aires, we once again recall the 85 innocent Argentinian victims who died tragically and the hundreds who were wounded on that day.
Madam President, we appreciate your continuous efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice for this heinous attack. However we join with the Argentinian Jewish community in expressing frustration that 20 years later the people responsible for this attack remain free. We respectfully request that you once again publicly affirm that you will spare no effort to prosecute all those involved in this attack, both inside and outside of Argentina.
The Anti-Defamation League remains steadfast in its commitment to preserving the memory of the victims and supports all efforts to bring the perpetrators - including the Iranian masterminds - to justice in hope that it will bring closure to those that suffered as a result of this terrorist attack. Until justice is served, we will continue to raise this issue at the highest levels in our meetings with international leaders.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with you in remembering the victims of the AMIA bombing and in bringing the perpetrators to justice.
Sincerely,
Barry Curtiss-Lusher Abraham H. Foxman
National Chairman National Director
