Gail McGrail Glasser
VP, Philanthropic Engagement
As Vice President, Philanthropic Engagement, Gail McGrail Glasser provides strategic leadership and oversight for all frontline fundraising efforts across the United States.
Gail joined ADL in 2017 as the Director of Development for the Southwest regional office and became Interim Regional Director for that office in 2018. In 2020, Gail was promoted to Director of Philanthropic Outreach for the Central Division where she and her team inspired and equipped leaders for best in class, sustainable fundraising performance. Prior to joining ADL, Gail held leadership roles including CEO, Chief Advancement Officer, Vice President for Development, and Endowment Officer for one of the largest international nonprofits.
Gail earned her BA (Social Work) and MS (Counseling) from Illinois State University and her JD from St. Louis University School of Law.
