Tony Schneider

Milton S. Schneider (“Tony”) is the Principal and Founder of The Glenville Group, a real estate development and investment firm located in suburban Philadelphia, where he is involved in various phases of commercial and residential real estate development as well as general investment activities.

Tony has held numerous leadership positions within ADL. For 9 years he served as President of the Anti-Defamation League Foundation and is now the National Treasurer. Prior to that, he served as Budget Chairman, and Chairman of Development, Leadership and Planning.

Tony is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Philadelphia City Rowing, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to empower Philadelphia public school students through rowing. In 2012 Tony co-opened Be Well Bakery and Café, which focuses on high quality healthy food options.

Tony is a member of The Wistar Institute Board of Trustees and the National Advisory Board of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania. He is on the advisory board of several real estate and private equity funds. Tony is the Chair of Philadelphia Mural Arts Advocates and a member of the Federation Board of Directors and executive committee where he chairs the Real Estate Committee. He is also a member of the Vesper Boat Club Board of Directors.

Tony grew up in Harrison, New York and attended New York University. He now resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with his wife. Tony is an avid rower who has competed in local, national, and international competitions. He also enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with his two grandchildren.
