Gail Cohen
Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Gail Cohen directs the operations within the Office of the CEO, ensuring strategic alignment, executional excellence, operational efficiency and overall process improvements.
Gail joined ADL in 2022 after an extensive corporate career in marketing and business development. Most recently she served as Vice President Business Development, L'Oréal Professional Products Division, focused on retail innovation and development. While at L'Oréal, Gail also led marketing for a premium segment of brands, driving growth via strategic product launches. Prior to L'Oréal, Gail worked as a marketing executive at GE Lighting, culminating with her role as General Manager, Consumer Marketing.
Gail has a BS in Commerce from University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
