Frederic L. Bloch
Senior Advisor to the CEO
As Senior Advisor to the CEO, Frederic L. Bloch is a member of ADL’s executive team and provides both strategic and tactical guidance on ADL’s positioning in the marketplace. As Senior Advisor, Fred focuses on the organization’s most important philanthropic supporters. He pivoted to this role in July 2024 after serving since 2016 as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer.
Fred joined ADL after four years at The New Jewish Home, a New York-based eldercare provider, where he was Senior Vice President, Development and Communications. Prior to that, Fred had a distinguished three-decade career on Wall Street, including 22 years with AllianceBernstein in a series of progressively more responsible executive positions, leading teams across the U.S. and in London.
Fred earned a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Yale University.
